Travixa has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Here is exactly how we review reports and act on them to keep the community safe.

How moderation works
1. Report
Any user can report content or another user directly from within the app, at any time.
2. Review within 24 hours
Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours of it being submitted.
3. Action
Based on the review, reported content may be removed, restricted, or escalated for further investigation.
4. Repeat violators banned
Users who repeatedly violate our guidelines are suspended or permanently banned.
What happens to reported content
Removed
Content that clearly violates our guidelines is taken down.
Restricted
Borderline content may be limited in reach or hidden pending review.
Escalated
Serious or unclear cases are escalated to senior moderators for a deeper look.
Our commitment
We act on every report within 24 hours and remove objectionable content quickly. Users who post objectionable content or behave abusively will have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
