Travixa Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Because those stores handle the payment, refunds are managed by Apple and Google.

Apple App Store Purchases
All subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple. Travixa does not process these payments and cannot issue refunds for them directly. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID.
Open the App Store or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and find the Travixa subscription.
Select “Report a Problem” and follow Apple’s refund steps.
Google Play Purchases
Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google’s refund policies. Travixa does not process these payments and cannot issue refunds for them directly. Please request refunds through Google Play.
Open the Google Play Store or visit play.google.com.
Go to your Account → Order history and find Travixa.
Select “Request a refund” or “Report a problem” and follow Google’s steps.
Important
Travixa does not directly process payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and therefore cannot issue refunds for such purchases. All store refunds are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective policies. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel your Travixa Premium subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android). After cancelling, your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
