By creating a Travixa account or using any part of the app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms cover how you use Travixa — the app, the website, and Premium subscriptions. Please read them before signing up.

2. Who can use Travixa
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. One person, one account. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or shared. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Your role on trips
Trips are user-created. Travixa is a platform that helps travelers discover and coordinate trips — we are not a travel agency, tour operator, or transport provider. We do not sell flights, hotels, or packages. Trip owners and members are responsible for their own bookings, payments, documents, insurance, and on-ground decisions.
4. Free vs Premium
The Free plan lets you browse trips and create a profile. Premium is ₹199/month or ₹1,999 for a full year (roughly 16% saving) and unlocks join requests, chat, trip creation, video calls, and AI priority recommendations. Premium auto-renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent trips; harass, abuse, or impersonate other users; share contact details, payment links, or external promotions inside chats or bios; scrape data; reverse engineer the app; or use Travixa for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these rules.
6. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, reels, and stories you post. By posting, you grant Travixa a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display that content inside the app for the purpose of running the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone else’s rights.
7. Safety disclaimer
Travixa makes meeting fellow travelers easier and safer through approval gates, identity hiding, and reporting tools — but we cannot guarantee the behaviour of any user. Always meet in public, verify documents independently, and use your own judgement. Travel involves inherent risk; you participate at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, Travixa, its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trips, interactions with other users, or service outages. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
