By creating a Travixa account or using any part of the app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms cover how you use Travixa — the app, the website, and Premium subscriptions. Please read them before signing up.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Travixa. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be removed.
One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or shared. Notify us immediately at support@travixa.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Trips are user-created. Travixa is a platform that helps travelers discover and coordinate trips — we are not a travel agency, tour operator, or transport provider. We do not sell flights, hotels, or packages. Trip owners and members are responsible for their own bookings, payments, documents, insurance, and on-ground decisions.
Everyone on Travixa must help keep the community safe and respectful. When using the app, you agree NOT to engage in:
Travixa has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable content — including abusive behavior, harassment, hate speech, spam, fraudulent activity, nudity, threats, and any other harmful content. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
Every user can report objectionable content or abusive users directly from within the app. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Based on the review, reported content may be removed, restricted, or escalated, and the responsible account may be warned, suspended, or banned. We may also remove content proactively when it violates these Terms.
Travixa may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, posts objectionable content, or puts other users at risk — with or without prior notice. Users who repeatedly violate the guidelines will be permanently removed from the platform.
You keep ownership of the photos, reels, stories, and posts you upload. By posting, you grant Travixa a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display that content inside the app for the purpose of running the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate anyone else’s rights or these Terms.
Travixa offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew monthly (or for the selected period) until cancelled. You manage, change, or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple ID settings or your Google Play account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google in line with their policies — see our Refund Policy for details.
Travixa makes meeting fellow travelers easier and safer through approval gates, identity hiding, and reporting tools — but we cannot guarantee the behaviour of any user. Always meet in public, verify documents independently, and use your own judgement. Travel involves inherent risk; you participate at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, Travixa, its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trips, interactions with other users, user-generated content, or service outages. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
