What information should I include?
Your registered email or phone, the trip name or user handle involved, a clear description of the issue, and a screenshot if possible. The more context you give, the faster we resolve.
Do you offer phone support in regional languages?
Our phone line supports Hindi and English. For other Indian languages, please write to us and we will reply in the same language.
