This policy explains what information Travixa collects when you use the app, how we use it, and what we never share with anyone else.

When you create a Travixa account we collect your name, email, phone (for verification only), profile photo, travel interests, languages, and trips you create or join. We collect device info, IP address, and basic usage analytics to keep the app safe and fast.
Your phone number, email address, and social media IDs are never shown to other users. Owner identity and member lists stay hidden until your join request is approved. We do not sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or any third party — ever.
We use your data to match you with relevant trips, deliver in-app notifications, prevent fraud and spam, support payments for Premium, and improve the product. The AI recommendation score (location 30%, interests 25%, budget 20%, activity match 15%, recent behavior 10%) runs entirely on your own profile data.
To protect every traveler, Travixa automatically blocks phone numbers, email addresses, and social handles inside bios and chat messages. This prevents off-platform contact attempts before approval and reduces scam risk.
You can edit or delete any data on your profile at any time. You can block users, report abuse, leave a trip, or delete your entire account from Settings. Account deletion clears all your data within 30 days.
We use minimal first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and basic analytics (page views, errors). We do not run ad-tracking pixels or sell behavioral data.
Subscription payments are processed by our payment partner. Travixa never stores your full card number or CVV. We only retain a token and the last four digits for billing history.
Travixa is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, write to us and we will remove the account.
